Audiophile terms
I enjoy listening to my music collection because it helps me to relax and gives me immense pleasure. As I'm learning to share some of my findings on the audio equipment and music with others, I need to find a way to communicate my thoughts effectively. This is where the audiophile "language" or terms comes in.

Corda Headsix - A review
A little package arrived on my desk from Germany recently and it contained a Corda Headsix portable headphone amplifier from the Meier Audio. The Corda Headsix is a limited edition headphone amp specially created for the members of Head-fi.org. A total of 600 pieces were built and a percentage of the profits made from the sale of this amp will be donated to Head-fi.org to fund the forum. I salute the company for taking the effort to contribute back to the community.

Comfort Keyboard for Mac
The ergonomics of the Microsoft Natural keyboard is something that I've missed since switching to a Mac. A few months ago, I came across the Microsoft "Comfort" keyboard for Macs at a computer store. After checking the specs, I decide to get it. :-P

HP iPaq HW6960
After my Nokia 9300 decided to terminate its "relationship" with me prematurely, I've been left without a PDA-cum-phone aka smartphone for a long time.
Not wanting to purchase the same phone all over again, I've been on the lookout for a suitable replacement. A list of criteria was drawn up; it will satisfy the needs of any techno geeks out there.

Guide to owning a Defender
Once in awhile, we will see people come into the local 4x4 and other automotive forums to ask about the Land Rover Defender. Yes, Land Rover built the Defender. For more detailed specifications, you will want to check out Land Rover's website.

BBQ @ The Playground
A friend invited us to a BBQ outing with his family and friends. We were delighted as we loved to go on group outings with friends.
Great, I thought. Finally, I get to eat burnt hot dogs! I know it's weird, but I've been hungering for burnt BBQed hot dogs for a LONG LONG time. Yum! (Fred: That was from Mich, BTW... ^.^)

Mousing around
When our friend Chua told Fred that the new Logitech MX1000 Laser mouse was awesome, Fred got really interested as his trusty mouse cum tablet was coming apart. Chua offered to pass his new mouse to Fred for test drive, and Fred couldn't refuse. Fred was convinced after the test and went out to get himself one. Here's a little review on the Logitech MX1000.

Your Macs best friend!
Q: What is the "must-have" accessory for a Mac?
A: A bus-powered 2 1/2 inch FireWire hard drive, of course.
Q: Why is that so?
A: Well, it's a long story. But, to cut it short, the FW HDD allows you to store data and also boot up a Mac.
